“There are three elements that are always present: Playfulness, connectedness and flow.” (Cathrine Price)
How to have more fun
The story
When was the last time you had fun? And we're not talking about carelessly scrolling around on various social media channels during your lunch break or in front of the TV in the evening. What is a natural part of the day for children has become a challenge for adults. This is despite the fact that fun is an important part of our lives and has been scientifically proven to have a positive effect on our physical and spiritual health.

What is a natural part of the day for children has become a challenge for adults. This is despite the fact that fun is an important part of our lives and has been scientifically proven to have a positive effect on our physical and spiritual health. The times when a fun society was still viewed negatively are long gone. Especially in today's meritocracy, fun is a good brake on everyday stress, says psychologist Andrea Lienhart, for example. This makes it all the more important to integrate fun into our everyday lives. But how easy is it and what is real fun? Hanna and Justus investigate these questions. They venture a self-experiment. The basis for this is provided by the views of journalist and author Catherine Price.
